Project Description:
The Blue Lake Rancheria (BLR) invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals for providing real estate consulting services. This consultant will support the implementation of the Climate Pollution Reduction Grant (CPRG) by assisting with land acquisition, due diligence, and strategic land planning.
Blue Lake Rancheria was awarded a CPRG Implementation grant to acquire and restore land for carbon sequestration and climate resilience. This initiative focuses on purchasing and managing wetland and forestland within the Tribe’s ancestral territory to enhance environmental sustainability and Tribal sovereignty.

Engineering and Implementation Services for 2.5GHz Radio Deployment
Project Description:
BLR is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide engineering and implementation services for a 2.5GHz radio deployment. The project will comply with all federal laws and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations, ensuring appropriate signal levels at property boundaries. The deployment is structured into two phases: Engineering and Equipment Specification (Phase 1) and Implementation (Phase 2), with Phase 2 contingent upon internal and agency environmental review and approval.

Project Description:
Licensed Contractor to install new wall boxes with smurf tube within wall cavities, run network cable from IT closet to network receptacles, terminate and test network cable runs.
- All cable to be “Yellow Riser Standard Cat6” and J hook as necessary.
- All plastic wall plates should be white and have the correct number of RJ45 keystone ports needed for cables run to receptacle.
- Owner will provide patch panel in IT Room 103
